I recently discovered this butcher shop, and I can honestly say it has changed the way I think about meat! The first time I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff who were more than happy to help me choose the best cuts. I opted for some of their grass-fed steaks, and let me tell you, they were absolutely divine! The flavour was rich and tender, and my family couldn't get enough. I also appreciated their commitment to sourcing local produce, which makes a huge difference in taste and quality. The selection of sausages is impressive too; I tried the rosemary and garlic ones, and they were bursting with flavour! My only minor critique is that the shop can get a bit busy during weekends, so I recommend going during the week if you want a more relaxed shopping experience. But honestly, the quality of the meat and the wonderful service make it worth any wait. I’ll definitely be returning for my next family barbecue, and I can’t wait to try more of their offerings!

What an incredible find! This butcher shop is a gem in the neighbourhood. From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the cleanliness and the inviting atmosphere. The staff are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about what they sell. I asked for some tips on preparing a roast, and the advice I received was spot on. I ended up purchasing a beautiful joint of lamb, which turned out to be the highlight of our Sunday dinner! The marbling was perfect, and the meat was so tender it practically fell off the bone. I also loved their range of marinades and rubs – a fantastic addition to any meal. My only suggestion would be to expand the range of ready-made meals; I think they could really attract more busy customers looking for convenience without sacrificing quality. Overall, this place is a must-visit for anyone who values top-notch meat and exceptional service!
